Terry is a talented painter, and a skilled business man, but most importantly to me, he is a decent, honest, and ethical man. FOR EXAMPLE: Just days after Terry’s crew had painted my condo, leaving it just perfect, I had a garage door installed. The installer not only nicked and marked the paint all around the door, but he also knocked chunks out of the wood. When I called the installer, he said that he didn’t do it! He said it was that way when he got there! Amazing!
I called Terry to ask him how I should handle this problem, because I trusted him. He said, ‘Don’t worry about it. My crew will be over there soon and I’ll fix it.’ He did! Perfect! I asked him how much I owed him and he said, ‘Oh, that’s OK, my crew was there anyway.’
Well, I just wish I had something else that needed painting, so I could get him to do it. It’s just so wonderful to find a contractor who cares about other people and who is willing to help. Terry Hunt was able to strategically schedule the painting of the building
Terry Hunt Painting & Decorating performed all the exterior textured painting, interior painting and wallpaper installation at the Arrowhead Bottling Facility project, for the Haskell Company. The Arrowhead Facility was concrete Tilt-up facility, which combined a process building with a storage warehouse. This project posed some of the most adverse conditions one could ever foresee. On any given day there could be sandy wind gusts of over 50 mph, blowing straight at the building, posing a huge hurdle for applying any sprayed on exterior coating. Additionally the project was faced with a tight schedule that allowed for no float or mishaps, which only added to the environmental conditions. Despite these conditions, Terry Hunt was able to strategically schedule the painting of the building to minimize the environmental effects and maintain the schedule agreed upon with the THC.
We appreciate your hard work on this important project and look forward to other projects in the future.
