With the completion of the exterior painting of our Association’s 266 homes, iron fences and walls, I wanted to express my gratitude to you and your company for the tremendous service provided the Association and homeowners. On more than one occasion you, personally, went beyond the call of duty to assist an owner and answer questions regarding the work being performed. In addition, I greatly appreciate you keeping us informed of the projected schedule so that homeowners would know, in advance, what was expected of them.

It is always challenging to invade the personal territory of homeowners in a project of this nature, but Terry Hunt Painting demonstrated their experience and professionalism throughout this project. From…Kaye Hunt in the office, to your efforts in the field, the Association feels it made the right selection in determining who best to complete this work.

Again, thank you for all your efforts and best wishes in the coming New Year.
